Delivery Cost:
A Standard
Delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 25kg being
delivered to mainland England, Wales and Scotland.
For
deliveries outside the UK mainland and in EUROPE (including without limitation
the Northan Ireland) delivery charge will be charged according to following
table.

day £8.00+VAT delivery charges and Saturday Delivery Charges are £15.00+VAT.
Anybody
ordering from outside of UK and not listed in the above table, should contact
us before making any payment. We will modify the carriage (and take VAT off
when applicable) for the orders and give you the total. Please note, we rarely
accept any payment method other than Bank Transfer for international orders.

Delivery Time:

(LCD MASTER (MCR) LTD . (www.worldbiz.org.uk), we aim for next day delivery.
Any order received before 13:30 pm on any business day
(Monday -
Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day
before 5.30 pm (assuming the ordered items are all in stock).
Deliveries
to addresses other than in UK Mainland are classed as international delivery,
and as such cannot be delivered next day.
Orders taken
after 13:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the next day. Any order made
on a Friday after 13:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the following
Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, the order will be
dispatched on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.
Though every
effort is made by World Biz (LCD MASTER (MCR) LTD . & the couriers to
achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this
goal.

(LCD MASTER (MCR) LTD . relies upon the services of a third party courier.
There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform
the service
that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we
cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
It is not
always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK addresses. This
is dependent on the accessibility of your address.
Who is our courier:
For orders
to be delivered within the UK mainland, the courier used will be DPD (www.dpd.co.uk)
you should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel
on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one
at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call
and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call
the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.
Track your
parcel:
When your
order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being
delivered (AN EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE SUPPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE).
In most
cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about the
whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of
your
delivery by visiting the couriers website and entering your tracking number in
the Tracking # box. Please follow the instructions on your email.
If you do
not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to give us a
call on (+44) 161 3122 688 the day after you expected to receive
your parcel
if you still have not received it. We will inquire as to the whereabouts of
your parcel and advise you of our findings. Unfortunately, we may
not be able
to check on the status of these parcels on the day of expected delivery, but we
will look into it and expect to get back to you on the following day.
Occasionally
parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give DPD
(www.dpd.co.uk) your telephone number in case they need to
contact you
regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by or used by any
other third party.

products have been damaged:

are damaged upon receipt please specify (any damage in the box of the parcel)
that when you sign for the reception. Afterwards, please call us on
